This 3-day workshop will cover many techniques and concepts for photorealistic fire, realistic fire, ghost flames, and tru-fire. We'll throw in some color theory too! For this class, you will learn how to create amazingly realistic fire over both white backgrounds and black backgrounds. Dru will feature painting methods designed to challenge you and build your abilities and confidence in your future paintings.

TIP OF THE WEEK:

When painting over black be mindful of the inevitable blue color shift. When the blue shift causes yellow colors to appear green,  the addition of a small bit of red can move things in the right direction.
